The Silver Wolves Clan ticket | The HØST Larp E03

This ticket guarantees you the following:

• up to 48 hours of gameplay
• three meals a day plus snacks and soft drinks
• a company of up to 99 other players and around 25 NPCs
• a service provided by about 25 crew members, including medical support, kitchen and inn crew, makeup artists (within reason)
• Up to 3 photographers delivering around 3 000+ photos per event in total
• three meals a day(including dietary preferences up to full vegan or keto options) plus snacks and soft drinks
• a place to sleep (own sleeping bag is required)almost constant access to stationary sanitation facilities (toilets and showers with running and hot water)
• access to the entire area of Wioska Fantasy and its surroundings

This ticket gives you an option to:

Reserve a spot in a bus (provided by an external company) to get from/to Kraków and Rzeszów at no additional cost.
The organizers will confirm the exact times closer to the event.

You can roughly expect the bus to:

• leave Kraków around 11 AM CET on Thursday 06.06.2024, reach Rzeszów around 12:30 and the game venue around 2:30 PM
• on Sunday 09.06.2023, the bus should leave around 11 AM and reach Rzeszów at 12:30 PM and Kraków at 2:30 PM
• Please, keep your schedule loose enough to avoid unnecessary stress. It's a bit of a road, and the highway exits tend to get jammed.
  
  

What happens after the purchase:

• After the payment is processed, you will receive the electronic version of the ticket(s) in a separate message to the e-mail address provided during the order, 
• Along with the ticket, there will be a link to a form to share additional information with the organisers. That will allow us to assign you to the appropriate group on our Discord server for further integration with the clan and character creation. It may take up to 7 days to complete this process.
• While in the groups, you will have a chance to get to know your co-players and focus on the creation or development of your character as well as some clan activities. In case of doubts or issues with the process, you’ll have access to scenario team members, NPCs, and organisers to ask questions and consult the details.
  
  

Technical Notes and Details:

• The ticket is personalised and cannot be returned to the store.
• If you purchase more than one ticket, please provide the details of the other participants in the comments to the order (name, surname, nationality, e-mail address, telephone number). These data are necessary to complete the service. 
• Transferring the ticket is possible only at the buyer's effort and requires informing the organisers of this case via email at host@hostlarp.com
• It will not be possible to transfer the ticket after April 30, 2024
• The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseeable circumstances. In this case, the total price will be refunded minus transfer costs.
  
  
• The HØST - Episode 3 will occur on June 06-09, 2024.
