This ticket guarantees you the following:

• up to 48 hours of gameplay - from start to finish, the game is in English
• three meals a day plus snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (including full vegan or keto options)
• company of up to 119 other players and about 30 non-player characters
  [the number of non-player characters will be adjusted based on the final number of players]
• service by about 30 crew members, including medical support, kitchen and tavern staff, makeup artists (within reason)
  
  
• 3-4 photographers providing a total of about 3,000+ photos from the event
• a videographer recording and producing a significant amount of video material
• sleeping accommodation (own sleeping bag required)
• constant access to stationary sanitary facilities (toilets and showers with running and hot water)
• access to the entire Wioska Fantasy area and its surroundings
  
  
• themed photo booth available to capture unforgettable moments after the main LARP
• a captivating final concert by the band Percival, performing at the end of the event
• engaging afterparty with a mix of modern and Viking-inspired music

This ticket provides the option of:

• using transportation (provided by an external company) from/to Krakow and Rzeszow
  The organizers will confirm exact times closer to the event.

What will happen after purchase:

• After completing the payment, you will receive an electronic version of the ticket(s) in a separate message to the email address provided during the order
• Along with the ticket, there will be a link to a form allowing you to share additional information with the organizers. This will allow us to assign you to the appropriate group on our Discord server for further integration with the clan and character creation.
• We reserve up to 14 days to complete this process.
• While working in groups, you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow players and engage in character creation, as well as some clan activities. In case of doubts or problems with the process, you will have access to scenario team members, NPCs, and organizers to ask questions and consult details.

Technical notes and details:

• The ticket is personalized and cannot be returned to the store.
  
  
• If purchasing more than one ticket, please provide the details of other participants in the order comments (name, surname, nationality, email address, phone number). This data is necessary for service provision.
  
  
• Ticket transfer is possible only through the buyer's efforts and requires informing the organizers about this case via host@hostlarp.com
• Ticket transfer will not be possible after April 30, 2025.
• The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  In such a case, the full price will be refunded minus costs.
  
  
• The game: HØST - Episode 4 will take place on June 5-8, 2025.
  The action takes place in the Fantasy Village in Kuńkowce near Przemyśl.
